We love Canada! We love America!
(We also love Taiwan, England, and France- the other countries we've lived in. If we can't live in every country, our dream is to at least walk on every continent and swim in every ocean!)
Patriotic Parade.
In preparation for our road trip, we won't be celebrating our countries' birthdays as much as we'd like.
We did go to a Canada Day Eve bash at Petrie Island yesterday with the Gagnon, Symonds, Wilde, Martin, Cameron, Layne, Wagner, Baronins, Schulzke, and Legge families to wish a bon voyage to the Larson family who is moving to Alberta today, sniff sniff.
Tonight the Wilde's are having us over for a barbeque and we're very excited for that.
On Friday we'll be driving to Toronto and will just have to sing the Star Spangled Banner to celebrate.
We love our countries and all the freedoms they provide, but sometimes we can't always party how we want, ha ha!
While we were driving through southern Alberta this summer we saw this flag flying at a few homes. I want to buy one to fly at ours!
