My trip to Hawaii wasn't for my birthday, but my birthday happened to fall while I was there.

I am the oldest of my mom's three daughters.

Noé is my oldest of three daughters.

My mom is the oldest of my granny's three daughters.

I'm so grateful I got to spend my special day with them!

I would be happy looking at this view every day.

I feel most at home at the ocean.

Jennifer means white wave and Lynn means pool below a waterfall.

Yep, I wish I was a mermaid!

I'd take blue skies and palm trees any day!

We went out for a delicious lunch at The Cheesecake Factory, followed by cheesecake of course!  I had the best coconut cream pie cheesecake ever!!

3rd Visit to Hawaii

I am a lucky duck and got to visit Hawaii for the 3rd time.  In 2006, we went to Kuai for a Lee family vacation.  In 2017, we visited Oahu on our move back from India to North America.  Now, in 2021, my mom and I went to Oahu to visit Noé.

I have a few posts to make, but I already can't wait to go back!

It's August!

In August, we are in full summer mode!  It may be my favorite month, because it is warm and has my birthday!

We all like the summer!

Looking out the front door- the grass is getting dry, but our tree has berries!

Looking out the back door- sure hope we get neighbors soon to take better care of their yard, ha ha.

This was our first month with both Kaleb and Noé gone.  We sure miss them!

Len and I ran some errands, and we left Macy sleeping on the couch.  Kaleb sent us this picture after she woke up.  I had to look again to realize she was no longer on the couch, she was laying on the floor tucked under the couch, silly goose!
