We spent a few days in Kentucky with Mom and Poppa. We were really hoping to buy land to build our retirement home on someday. We weren't able to during this trip, but hopefully in the future we can.
We also spent time with my Great-aunt Beulah, whom I remember meeting as a little girl, as well as my mom's cousins, Rita, and David, and their families. Ali was so excited to meet her 3rd cousin, Allie, who was born in the same month that she was!
I will post more pictures from our great pizza party, and our day on the river in David's pontoon boat. Kentucky was super humid, but it captured our hearts.
