Homework

Yesterday was a beautiful day in the Temple. I watched my sister receive her Endowment, and then she and Tom were sealed for Time and all Eternity in a touching ceremony. My homework for the reception today was to go through all 335 of their Engagement and Bridal pictures, to choose 20 to enlarge for display. There'll be 2- 16x20's, 6- 11x14's, 8- 8x10's, and 4- 5x7's. It was a tough job, but I loved it (My family calls me the picture nazi, I prefer picture queen. What can I say? I'm passionate about pictures). I chose 8 engagements, and 12 bridals, I already posted 3 of them and wanted to include the other 9 too.

This last one won't be on display at the reception, but I thought it was still cute and wanted to add it here.

Bridelicious!

My stunning sister Erika is getting married tomorrow! She and Tom arrived in town (Vegas) tonight and brought with them their Engagement and Bridal CD's. I had so much fun looking through all of their beautiful pictures. It was so hard to choose only 5 to put on my blog, each one looked like it could grace the cover of any Bridal Magazine.

I thought this one was so cool. I love how her eyes pop, and his are closed in sweet thought.

I thought this one was just adorable. Of course, they both have family and friends who love and support them, but ultimately they will rely on one another from now on. In the arms of your special love is the best place to be!

Eri & Tom's Bridal pictures are gorgeous, and all of their Engagement pictures are darling. I thought this was a cute one of their happy smiles.

This is another one that I think is simply, cool! It looks like it's set in a storybook. I wish them both a happily ever after of joy and beauty in their own fairytale!!

*Their photos were taken by Living Art Digital located in Lehi, Utah. However, Eri & Tom own the copyrights (how cool is that?)!

**I'll be back to my regular blogging after August 9th, I miss you all!

Cousins on a couch!

Isaac is our only cousin on the Lee side of the family, so far. He is so adorable though! The kids had fun snuggling on the couch this morning and watching cartoons.

Mothers of Twins

My dear friends Leslie and Becky and I have been friends since 7th grade and we are all mothers of twins! Every summer we go out for a nice dinner and catchin' up. This year we headed to Town Square and ate at Tommy Bahama's- yum! Afterwards we did some shopping and then ended the evening with some frozen yogurt. Let's do this again next year girls!

Aunt Barb & Uncle Steve in Town

Aunt Barb & Uncle Steve weren't able to make it down from Washington for Erika & Tom's wedding, so they stopped in Salt Lake to visit them there, and then came down to Vegas to visit the rest of us.

The silly siblings- Tom, Barbara, Linda, and Steve. (Miss you Aunt Janice.)

All the spouses- Uncle Tom, Aunt Gretchen, Papa & Mom, Aunt Linda, Uncle Don, Aunt Barb, and Uncle Steve.

It was great to grow up with such wonderful cousins! Meredith, Adrienne, me, Sarah, & Kristen. (And Jeremy, Benjamin, & Tyson too!)

Kris, Tony, Coleman, Mandy, & Meredith.

Some of Kristen & Sarah's cute kids- Maren, Kia, Malcolm, and Griffin.

Sleepover

Steve & Suzi drove through Vegas and stayed the night at Ken & Janalyn's. They invited the kids & I to join the party!

3 beautiful princesses, and

2 tough pirates.

All 9 kids enjoying a cartoon.

We had a fun time, but I wish Len and Kevin & Delyna could have been here too.

The next day, Kaleb & I went with Janalyn to Brooke & Brett's award ceremony at school. I saw my friends Heather, Jodi, and Chandra from high school, as their kids go to the same school. Chandra invited us to go swimming in her pool afterwards. We had a great time, thanks Chandra!

3 bathing beauties,

4 swimming champs,

and 2 water babies.

The kids had fun, and so did the moms!

Gavin fell asleep before we were ready to go, so I layed him under the coffee table so he could be in the shade!

Pool, Pizza, Popsicle Play Day

The kids and I invited some family and friends over to play. Vegas has year-round school, so unfortunately some friends weren't able to make it, but we had a wonderful time with those that did!

My cousins Kristen and Sarah came over with their lovely crew, plus one of Adrienne's daughters.

Leslie and her adorable kids.

Becky and her super-cute boys (that I finally got to meet) and her mother-in-law and nephew.

Chris and her gorgeous girls and darling boy.

We all splashed around. You can only be outside in Vegas in the summer if you're in the pool!

I love this mid-air shot.

We then had a little pizza pic nic.

Leslie's so cute posing for me.

Noe is so excited that she's a triplet now! She has the same cute swim suit as her friend Megan and her cousin Sydney.
We ended the event with refreshing popsicles. Thanks for coming everyone!
