On the eve before Hiram's birthday I made a chocolate cake for him to enjoy with his brothers and sisters.

On his actual birthday, Len and I took him out on a date.
We had dinner at Montana's.

After dinner, we took him to the toy store. He got some money from us and both sets of his grandparents. He chose pretty well!
