My 38th birthday fell on a Sunday this year. So here we all our in our Sunday best, ready for church.
If only we could all look at the camera and smile at the same time.
My mom made each of her grandkids these lovely quilts for Christmas last year, so this year she made them for her children and children-in-law for their birthdays. I love mine Mommy! Thank you!

After church, we changed into our PJ's and had a luau-inspired indoor picnic. We had pulled pork sandwiches, potato salad, corn on the cob, and Doritos.
We followed it with coconut cream pie for dessert.

We were also going to have pina coladas (virgin, of course!), but we were too full. We had them next day, and here is Hiram trying his first one.
